  • Four-bone, standing rib roast with peppercorn herb-oil coating roasted rare for optimum flavor and tenderness.
  • Thaw in refrigerator for 48 hours.
  • Bake two hours in preheated 375 degree oven, until meat reaches 140 degrees. Remove from oven and let stand 15 minutes before slicing.
  • Weighs 4 to 5 lbs.
  • Serves 6-8; approx. 8-10 ounces per serving.
