Texas Style BBQ Beef Ribs

If you like baby back ribs, you'll love these! Barbecue seasoning is added to the highest quality beef ribs, and then the ribs are slowly smoked to perfection.

  • Ships frozen.
  • Thaw in refrigerator 48 hours before heating. Wrap in foil and place on grill over indirect heat until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees or heat in preheated 350-degree oven for 2 hours. Let stand 15 minutes before carving.
  • Order includes one 3.5-4 lb. rack of ribs.
  • Serves 4-5; 12–14 ounces per serving.
