  • Our Short Ribs are cut from the finest of beef, marinated in our special blend of seasonings, then slow roasted to perfection. These ribs will fall off the bone and melt in your mouth. It is paired with a Wine Drizzle made from a blend of Merlot, Strawberries and Spices.
  • 3-3.5 lbs. Beef Short Ribs Serves 4 based on a 13 oz serving.
  • Thaw in Refrigerator for 24-48 hours. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees. Wrap Short Ribs in foil and place in baking dish. Cook in oven for 40 mins. Uncover and pour on Wine Drizzle. Put back in oven for 15 mins. uncovered. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving (don't forget that the meat will continue to cook once removed from the oven as it rests). Times will vary if cooking more than one Item in oven at a time. Oven temps will vary.
