Can I return an item purchased at Saks Fifth Avenue to a Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf Goodman store and vice versa?
Our returns policy has not changed. Each of the Saks Global brands continues to follow their respective returns policy.
Merchandise must be returned to the company from which it was purchased.
Can I use a Saks Fifth Avenue gift card to make a purchase?
Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Last Call, and Horchow are unable to accept Saks Fifth Avenue gift cards. You may continue to use any Neiman Marcus/Bergdorf Goodman/Last Call/Horchow gift cards at any of our Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman or Last Call stores, as well as on our websites - NeimanMarcus.com, BergdorfGoodman.com, and Horchow.com.
What does this mean in terms of my store credit card accounts?
There is no change to our customers' shopping experience, including credit card accounts.
With that, Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Last Call and Horchow cannot accept Saks credit cards and vice versa.
Neiman Marcus/Bergdorf Goodman InCircle credit cards can continue to be used at Neiman Marcus, Bergdorf Goodman, Last Call, and Horchow.
Should there be any changes in the future, we will communicate directly with customers.
How does this impact my loyalty membership?
At this time, there is no change to the loyalty programs for each Saks Global brand. InCircle loyalty points are not transferable to Saks. Saks loyalty is not transferable to InCircle.

Saks loyalty is not transferable to InCircle and vice versa.
Are there any changes to the sales associate I work with?
There are no changes to your shopping experience or your relationship with your stylists or sales associate
Are any Neiman Marcus or Bergdorf Goodman customer services changing (i.e., restaurants, alterations)?
Nothing has changed in terms of your experience as a customer and the service we provide today.
