  • One of the oldest and simplest of weaving constructions, Chilewich’s four-over-four basketweave has become the most important vehicle for expressing our unique color point of view—from deep earth tones and shades of metal to our distinctive interpretation of brights. Basketweave continues to be the foundation for our expanding collection of textures.
  • Handcrafted of Chilewich’s signature TerraStrand™ yarn with Microban® antimicrobial technology
  • TerraStrand™ yarn is composed of a polyester core incased in vinyl and contains 25% renewable vegetable content
  • Backed with flexible, slip-resistant latex and finished with self-bound edges
  • Rug measures approx. 2'10" x 4'
  • Suitable for indoor/outdoor use
  • Free of phthalates
  • Item Weight (Lbs.): 6.0
  • Spot clean, vacuum periodically, wipe clean
  • Size is approximate; we recommend use of a rug pad (not included)
  • Made in USA
Please note: Rugs (especially wool rugs) are prone to a natural shedding process. With regular vacuuming, the shedding will decrease over time. Hand-knotted rugs tend to shed less than hand-tufted rugs, and flatweave rugs will shed less than those with a deeper pile, but all rugs will shed more in high-traffic areas than they do in lower-traffic spaces.Unfortunately, we cannot provide rug swatches at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We recommend using a rug pad with every indoor rug to prolong its beauty by minimizing everyday wear and tear and providing a little breathing space to help prevent fiber damage. A pad also helps stabilize the rug, reducing slippage on hard floors.
