In Chinese astrology and the Five Elements theory, the green color is associated with the Wood element. Each year in the Chinese zodiac is associated with an animal sign and one of the Five Elements: Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, & Water.
The Wood element represents growth, vitality, and expansion. Therefore, in the context of the Chinese horoscope, green symbolizes these qualities, along with renewal, harmony, and prosperity.
About Daum:
In 1878, Jean Daum set up a workshop in the Lorrain region of France, and the works he created there led him to become known as one of the fathers of modern glassmaking. From Art Nouveau to the Decorative Arts movements, Daum has been at the forefront, working with leading artists of the times. Each new generation of the Daum dynasty adds to the company's anthology, whether through creative or technical contributions.
